  1. God's attributes, or perfections, are not characteris-tics which God possesses, but are who He is. This list is not intended to be an exhaustive study, but a survey to give us a perspective of the impact of God's perfections upon our world today. As we begin, remember that all God's perfections flow into one another reinforcing one another.
  2. The Bible teaches us that we are credited with Jesus righteousness, and are made perfect before God, when we believe in Jesus and become Christians (Romans , 2 Corinthians ). However, the honest Christian knows that their daily behaviour (thoughts, words and deeds) is not yet perfect! So, when do Christians become perfect?
  3. The phrase "born again" literally means "born from above." Nicodemus had a real need. He needed a change of his heart—a spiritual transformation. New birth, being born again, is an act of God whereby eternal life is imparted to the person who believes (2 Corinthians ; Titus ; 1 Peter ; 1 John ; ; ; , 18).
  4. But here again Wesley, being purely dogmatic, has failed to think this through. For if a person loses salvation by sinning, one who has achieved a state of sinless perfection cannot lose their salvation, since they can no longer sin. And again we have Wesley's statement above .

If the new Born Again body is the same as the body of the angels, it means Jesus taught that, in order to enter the Kingdom of God (the celestial Sion), we must be “born again” into our Rainbow Resurrection Body.
